Now we accept pre-order for sold-out items at each Q-pot. shops.(Pre-order is available to accept only for SOLD-OUT ITEMS.)

 
＜About Pre-order(reservations) for guests who live in Japan＞
・You can reserve in each shop until July 15th(Wed) 2015.
・We can accept reservations of items which are sold out.
※Q-pot CAFE. items(Luna’s Star Candy, Tote Bag Café Usagi and Tote Bag Whip Serenity cannot be reserved.
・The situation of sold out items depend on each shop.
・You cannot cancel, change and repayment with any reasons.
・Please make the payment in advance, and be sure that only credit card available in Q-pot. ONLINE SHOP. We cannot accept any requests about cash-on-delivery. Please ask the payment method to each shop.
・Now we plan to delivery from the middle of September to the middle of October.
※For production reasons, delivery date might be changed.
・When your items come up, we will let you know by telephone from each shop.
※Delivery is available only at specified Q-pot. shop that you order. In addition, this pre-order is for ONLY people who are able to pick item up at the shop.
※Q-pot. ONLINE SHOP will send “shipping notice mail”. Please set your mail system in advance to receive this mail.
