※1. Q-pot. Harajuku flagship shop will open at 10:00AM on the 1st day of the release date. From 1st July(Friday), the shop will open at 12:00PM as usual.

※2.The reservation at limited shops are only available during the event.

※ The reservation date of Q-pot CAFE. means seat reservation. 

You need to make a reservation to enter Q-pot CAFE. during the event.

You can’t enter the shop for only the purchase of goods or viewing,

【About the reservation】

●You can make the reservation for the accessory of Q-pot.×SAILOR MOON at each Q-pot. shop after the accessory are sold out at Q-pot. shops.

●We accept the reservation until 18th July(Monday), 2016.

※We can’t accept the reservation of Q-pot CAFE. items(Chibi-Usa's Cookie and Luna's Star Candy), Praline Planet Tote Bag, and Praline Planet Collection Box.

●You can’t cancel, change and refund with any reasons.

●Please make the payment in advance.

●If you reserve items on Q-pot. ONLINE SHOP, please be sure that paying by only credit card is available.
If you have any question about payment method at shops, please ask each shop.

●Now we plan to delivery from the middle to the end of October.

※For production reasons, delivery date might be changed.

●We will call you from each shop where you ordered when goods arrived at the shop.

※As soon as we have prepared all the items for each order, we will call you. Thank you for understanding. 

※Delivery is available only at specified Q-pot. shop that you order. In addition, this pre-order is for ONLY people who are able to pick item up at the shop in Japan.

●After 1st(Friday) July, we accept to reserve item / deliver in cash and collect on delivery are available for only stocked items.

●Regarding to the collaboration jewelry, we can’t accept gift wrapping requests because all items are wrapped in special package.
