Crispy and savory "Monaka" with two layers cream and moist genoise inside.

The combination of matcha and custard cream is bitter and mild taste.

 

Sweet adzuki bean cream with sour-sweet fresh strawberry.

Chewy rice cake and the texture of chestnut make the Japanese harmony.

 

Light pink sakura color plate comes with sakura bean jam jelly earrings,

and crispy sakura meringue blooms on the plate.
