This parfait use Cherry Sato Nishiki from Yamagata,

which is canceled by some tourists and festivals.

 

White whipped cream, crunchy meringue,

and red cherries are decorated on “Cherry Cherry Parfait”.

Cherry Sato Nishiki is called King of Cherries.

Enjoy the combination of sour and sweet cherries, 

 salt milk ice cream, chocolate and griot cherry compote.

Fluffy genoise, panna cotta, and red dot jelly inside.

and menu (if you have) for the reservation.

※Tables will be separated for not making crowds in some cases.

If there are crowds, we will ask you wait the out of the cafe.
