According to「Q-pot CAFE. × SAILOR MOON」reservation,
we start again web reservation!

It was very sorry for all in conveniences that web site closed
by a great number of unexpected to line confusion occurs due access concentration.
 
We are so happy to inform you and all guest who look forward to it.
Thank you for your waiting!

And, in response to requests from many guest,
to start the restart date of reservation starts separately from 1st/2nd term as below.

【TERM 1】
★Reservation for term between June 30th (Thursday)～July 14th (Thursday)
※It's term for Sailor Praline Chocolat Uranus Plate.
 
Reservation is available from June 15th (Wednesday) at 10:00AM JST Japan time. 


【TERM 2】
★Reservation for term between July 15th (Friday)～August 1st (Monday)
※It's term for Sailor Praline Chocolat Neptune Plate.

★Reservation for term between August 2nd (Tuesday)～August 17th(Wednesday).
※It's term for Sailor Praline Chocolat Plute & Saturn Plate.
 
Both reservations are available from June 22nd (Wednesday) at 10:00AM JST Japan time.

If you login in the middle of the reservation procedure, the reservation procedure will be invalid.

1. Select a language.

 

 

2. Select the date. 

First select the date. 

 

3. Choose number of people, and click "Check available time".

Select time and the number of people of your reservation, click on the button "CHECK AVAILABILITY".

 

4.Choose time, and click "Check available table".

 

5. Select the seat from vacant seat.

"Pink" seat is available for your reservation. Select the seat. 

※You can't cancel the seart if reservation is done.

※"Gray" seat isn't available for your reservation, it depends on being filled or the number of people of your reservation.

6. Make sure that you select the seat and then go to next page

Confirm that you select the seat and then click on the button "BOOK".

 

 

7.Select a menu

We can’t accept additional order menu of 【Q-pot CAFE.×SAILOR MOON collaboration】,

 please order all that you want to eat of collaboration menu when you reserve.

 

8. Enter your information

9. Confirm the reservation

We can’t accept additional order after reservation is done, please confirm your reservation.

 

 

10. Your reservation is done! 

If this page appears, your reservation is done.

You will receive the reservation completion mail, please check it.

If your reservation isn't done, there are some reasons.
